Pigboat's first full length album is will pummel you with it's girth. Dealing with a member change since their debut EP, the band returns with massive songs, big riffs, and their recognizable sound: noisy and loud, but melodic and moody.
Singer Mark Belanger's lyrics are once again out of this world. They're dark and strong dealing with topics of depression, drugs, and disillusionment.... but can even be silly and even funny. Pigboat alway work to avoid any tacky ploys or glam, and they've created a metal record that is diverse and imposing. This is a real "heavy" record in the truest sense of the word.
