The website had a little rearrangement today. We hope you like the changes.

The shooting for our web series Ragged Isle recently wrapped and what lies ahead is a lot of long nights in front of a computer for Barry and Karen. This is a part of putting the series together where they really excel and find their unique way to tell you this story. Be sure you check out the Ragged Isle Production Blog for all the latest on how the progress is coming along and when to expect new episodes!!!

On the music front, we still have copies of the first Apocryphonic EP. The band makes ambitious and epic heavy music with a precision to detail. They've been getting great press in their time together, with people saying things like....

"Watching and listening to Apocryphonic is a rare and enjoyable experience. Each member clearly cares about the band and enjoys playing for an audience. Their music is something not often heard in Portland - a mixture of heavy instrumental metal combined with haunting and heartbreaking melodies that leave the crowd screaming and cheering for more..."
-Mariah Wilson for The Free Press 4/12/10

"...a beast of a different color. Epic instrumental rock is the best label available. Swirling guitar lines play around fleet-fingered bass lines and fluid, dynamic drumming, creating vast, ever-shifting vistas of sound. Their emphasis on texture, heavy jazz, and Eastern influences set them apart from maximum-volume instrumental bands like Pelican, proving that 'heavy' and 'loud' are not necessarily synonyms."
-Dan Clark for The Portland Phoenix 10/01/09
